Fading and scratches to the frame.

From a wonderfuler I learned that Chris Ishii (1919-2001) was born in Fresno Ca.  He was a painter, Animator, illustrator. He attended Chouinard School of Art in Los Angeles where he excelled at watercolor painting and commercial art. He was hired by Walt Disney Studios at one point.
