Invalid feeders were used from the 17th century into the early 1900's. 

They were used to feed invalids in hospitals ~ nursing homes ~ wounded soldiers and infants. 

Soft or liquid food was placed inside then it was administered to patient

Measures approximately 6.25" wide (including handle & spout) x 2.25" deep x 2.25" tall (at handle)

Ceramic (porcelain)

White in color 

Uniquely shaped with a spout and handle
