Measures approximately 4.5" wide (including handle) x 5.25" deep (including spout) x 2.25" tall

Off-white in color with a blue design throughout

Ceramic material

Invalid feeders were used from the 17th century into the early 1900's

They were used to feed invalids in hospitals ~ nursing homes ~ wounded soldiers and infants

Soft or liquid food was placed inside ~ and then it was administered to the patient

Uniquely shaped with a spout and handle

Used for invalids &/or infants in hospital
