Beautiful phlox is a favorite for wedding ceremony bouquets - but it looks just as fabulous in the garden. Native to Texas, white phlox drummondii grows about 2 ft. tall and bloom from February to May in most climates. A display of white flowers in tight clusters is a show stopping feature of this flower.
Germinate indoors for 4 - 6 weeks, let them grow until well-established (usually in a couple of months) then move them outdoors into light shade to full sun. Phlox seeds germinate when the soil temperature is around 5 degrees, hence why we suggest starting them indoors. Phlox prefers a well-draining sandy soil and will self seed once fully grown.
