Here Comes the Night, the 12th album by singer-songwriter Barry Manilow, peaked at No. 32 on Billboard 200 in the US. The album was recorded at Sound City Recording Studios in Van Nuys, California. The UK release went by the title I Wanna Do It With You. The album was platinum-selling. To date, there has been no US CD release. Barry Manilow released a cover of Memory as a single in late 1982; it became the highest-charting version of the song to date on the Billboard Hot 100 when it reached No. 39 in 1983. Manilow's recording also made the Top 10 on the Billboard A/C chart, reaching No. 8.
