Thanks for looking at our listing. This software has been in storage for quite a while, as we have been cleaning out and clearing out excess office and inventory items. This is being offered "as-is" because we can not guarantee it will work for your situation. It was not tested, we just don't have a system to try it. It may need some cleaning as it has been in storage (dust, smudges, etc. ). It's just excess to us, it will ship right away. 

An oldie... it is a CD-ROM, but designed to run on the Windows XP system. We dont know if it will run on newer operating systems. Understand this... the asking price reflects this uncertainty.

There are no other items or parts included, but as-shown in the pictures. It will be packed well, and will include tracking information and insurance.
