FAQ

Q: What app do I need to download to connect my camera to my phone?

A: You can download the app iSmart DV 2 from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Press the "∧" button to activate the Wi-Fi function. The WiFi app allows you to control the camera remotely from your smartphone.

Q: The TF (MicroSD) card is inserted, but the system still prompts "Please insert the SD card" or other bug reports.

A: Firstly, please check whether the TF card has been formatted in the camera. If the problem is still not resolved, the file system of the TF card may have been damaged. Try replacing the TF card with a new TF U3 card with 32-128GB (MicroSD) capacity.

Q: Why doesn't the EIS function work/can't I activate it?

A: Please make sure you have activated the EIS function. And please note that the EIS function is not supported in Timelapse, Slowmotion or Fastmotion mode. The EIS function supports video at 60FPS or 30FPS.

Q: Can the remote control be used underwater?

A: The remote control is not completely waterproof, so it cannot be fully submerged in water. If the remote control of your sports camera occasionally encounters a splash of water, please dry it quickly.

Q: How to activate the new version of the remote control (there is a "Warm Tips" label on the back)?

A: When you use the camera remote control for the first time, you need to press both video recording and photo taking buttons at the same time to activate the remote control. You can also turn off the remote control this way to save power.
