Highest Frequency ~= 35 Hz (by the C2 Capacitor).
Switchable: Yes, can be switched/toggle between C2 and C3.
Adjustable: Yes, sequencing-frequencies are adjustable by VR1 POT.
Sequencing-Frequencies Range 1 (C3 is selected) ~= 0.33-5 Hz (SLOW).
Sequencing-Frequencies Range 2 (C2 is selected) ~= 15-35 Hz (FAST).
