The NE555 and CD4017 LED Light Chaser DIY KIT come with all parts and a high quality PCB.  The Electronic Circuit Diagram is included (please see images).  The LED Chasing Speed can be adjusted by the variable-resistor.  The KIT can be powered by 5-12 Volts and the PCB is only 2.75” Length by 1.2” Width.
