Beautiful vintage piece circa 1950s.  It's an Italian ceramic bas-relief wall plaque with a wooden frame in gold leaf finish depicting a group of children singing.  The ceramic surface has a nice crackle appearance giving off an old fresco look.  Frame and plaque are in very good original condition, stamped "Italy" on the backside.
