Here is a COMPLETE VINTAGE Fisher Price #991 3 Car Circus Train play set in NEAR MINT-MINT condition!!!! This CLASSIC playset is the later 3 car version and comes with its original pull string. This particular addition omitted the flat, gondola car and the giraffe.
Composing this DELIGHTFUL play set are:
1 engine with original pull string that heartily "toots" when the train whistle is pressed (EXC++-NEAR MINT--the ONLY imperfections I can detect are: two-three vertical hair-line creases on each litho and one 1/4" L x 1/8" bubble on the right hand engine litho; both lithos are intact and full-bodied in color. The engine's plastic surfaces are incredibly VIBRANT and SHINY. I do not discern any breaks, cracks, discolorations, or chips etc. on any of the plastic surfaces. Noted "imperfections" include: some scuffing on the front corners, on the white trim below the engineer's cabin, on the underneath edge of the "cowcatcher," and on the front edges of the engineer's cab. The wheels display mild "road wear." The connecting hitch is free of any teeth marks);
1 HTF green cage car door that converts to a ramp to let the animals depart (NEAR MINT-MINT--all of the bars are intact with no cracks or stress fractures being detected; the lithos on this car are clean, completely intact, and brightly colored. They're among the BEST lithos I've ever been priviledged to see on one of these cage cars. The interior floor displays some light surface scratching and a dark spot. The latter should come off with a gentle cleaning; the wheels display little, if any, "road wear;" the connectors at each end of the car are perfect; the ramp's handle exhibits a little scuffing);
1 HTF red caboose (NEAR MINT-MINT---both lithos are GORGEOUS; minimal "road wear" on wheels; connectors are free of any chews);
1 HTF blue elephant (EXC++-NEAR MINT--bold facial features; ears and tail totally intact and free of chews; joints are firm; glossy coat with no discoloration due to age; some light soiling that should come off with a Q-tip cleaning);
1 HTF lion with dark brown mane and circle on belly (NEAR MINT-MINT--facial features bold and sassy; tail intact and free of chews; front joints are tight and firm while rear joints are a little lose; however, the lion still easily holds a pose);
1 VHTF monkey with tail (NEAR MINT-- complete tail with NO CHEWS; all joints are firm; minimal edge wear to both feet; light rubs to left nostril; this monkey is AWESOME!!!!);
1 HTF golden (light brown) bear (MINT---NO CHEWS ANYWHERE; all joints are tight; crisp, bold facial features);
1 VHTF short, PLASTIC blue engineer w/ cap (MINT);
1 VHTF short, PLASTIC coral bodied clown w/yellow pointed hat (MINTY MINT---check out this guy's face paint; it's hard to believe this little guy is 25 years old);
1 HTF short, PLASTIC ringmaster with mustache and top hat (NEAR MINT--slight roughness on edge of hat brim; NOT chews).
I've also included two more clowns to add to the hilarity:
1 HTF lime green bodied clown with blue top hat (MINTY MINT); and
1 VHTF, orange bodied clown with black hat and yellow scarf (MINTY MINT).
THIS set is a SPECTACULAR set for some lucky child or Fisher Price Collector!
I've tried to be as thorough and honest about this set as I can. I'd rather be "nit-picky" than have someone disappointed in what they were purchasing.
I WILL BE THOROUGHLY Q-TIP CLEANING THIS PLAY SET AND ALL OF ITS ACCESSORIES PRIOR TO SENDING IT TO ITS NEW OWNER. I SPEND A MINIMUM OF 1 - 1 1/2 HOURS CLEANING EACH AND EVERY VINTAGE PLAY SET THAT I SELL. MY SETS ARE IMMACULATE!

DUE TO SOME SMALL PARTS, THIS PLAY SET SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN TO CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE OR TO THOSE CHILDREN WHO ARE STILL MOUTHING THEIR TOYS. ADULT SUPERVISION IS SUGGESTED UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES.

I'm more than willing to combine purchases. The only thing I ask is that you wait until I can manually adjust the combined shipping as Bonanza's shipping calculator typically overcharges on multiple purchases. If you go ahead and pay for your purchases separately, then I get charged multiple PayPal transaction fees and my ability to print on-line shipping labels is adversely affected. Last month I saved one customer $114.00 on shipping from what Bonanza's calculator stated and the actual shipping rate I secured from Fed Ex Home Delivery. I WANT TO SAVE YOU MONEY!!!
I'm finding that Fed Ex Home Delivery is running about 33% cheaper than either the USPS or UPS for packages weighing over 5 lbs, traveling longer distances, or requiring oversized boxes. Plus Fed Ex affords up to $100 worth of FREE insurance in their shipping quotes. Additional increments of insurance are available for a nominal amount. Since Bonanza's shipping calculator doesn't list Fed Ex Home Delivery as being a shipping alternative, I need to manually insert these shipping quotes onto your invoice. Otherwise, you will be overcharged on shipping. While I do refund any shipping overpayments in excess of $1.00, it's much easier on everybody if I can give you the correct shipping amount from the outset.

FYI, another benefit of using either Fed Ex or UPS is that their quote includes up to $100 worth of FREE insurance. Additional amounts of insurance may be purchased for a nominal fee (that is much less than the USPS). Fed Ex also provides automated tracking updates re: your parcel’s whereabouts directly to your personal e-mail account.
In order to ship Fed Ex (or UPS for that matter), I MUST have a residential or work place address, NOT a P.O. Box number, as well as a home or cell phone. Otherwise, they will not accept the shipping paperwork or transport your item.
Since Bonanza's shipping calculator does NOT offer Fed Ex Home Delivery as a shipping option, PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL I HAVE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO MANUALLY CHECK THESE RATES AND INSERT THEM INTO YOUR INVOICE. Otherwise, the shipping calculator may overcharge you.
Packages traveling to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped Parcel Post via the USPS. Insurance and delivery confirmation are required.
