Easy Essentials Crape Tiered Dress Denim Blue Size 1x.  Item is new in plastic. Measures 42 inches long from top of shoulder to bottom hem. Pit to pit is 21.5 inches but there's some stretch.  The bottom is tiered and it is a crepe fabric. Please see pictures.
