Here is an item that most likely you have never seen before. It’s a quartz generator carrying crate. What do you say is a quartz generator? I’ll explain later after I tell you about the item you are buying. The crate is made of what looks like a pine wood. With solid ends, top and bottom. The sides have 1” slates with spacing between them. Overall length is 14” with a height of 12”. The bottom with is 9” and tappers to the top dimension of 4”. You carry this with the steel handle attached to the top. Inside you will see a two tiered burlap cradle that will hold the quartz generator secured with a cloth strap.

On both ends there are the original labels that were originally placed telling what it is used for and what’s inside. This particular generator was designated to go the way of the Railway Express Agency, as shown on the one end. The top also has the original shipping label from the Burdick Corp. in Milton, Wisconsin. Heading to somewhere in State College, Pa. I can not read anything other then that as it is quite dirty.

But with the original labels still attached, they have used them for something. Age? Again, no clue.
