This item is a must-have for anyone interested in American history and architecture. Whether you're a collector of souvenirs or just looking for a unique piece to add to your home or office, this album and brochures set is sure to impress.

OBSERVED CONDITION:
The front cover is pristine, as are the pages inside. The only imperfections appear on the back cover as shown in several photos.

The three enlosed brochures came folded and tucked inside the book, which was then inserted into its matching envelope packaging. They are all in perfect condition.

Observing the external envelope, I believe this souvenir package may have been purchased on site at Monticello or locally as there are no written address markings or cancelled posted on the external envelope. The only defect apart of yellowing from age, is the ring staining from placement of part of a round jar or other object on the envelope.
