This elegant fascinator features arched rows of black satin and black velvet material that meet at a black velvet bow. Beneath the bow is a black netting mesh material. The hat is flexible but firm, a lot like a headband. Unmarked as to the maker or origin. Appears to be an early to mid century piece, perhaps even a hat worn for mourning periods.

Measures 6" wide, 5" deep, 4" tall.

The condition is as shown in the photographs. No foul, pet or smoke odors. The mesh is torn in places. Has the occasional loose thread.
