1776? antique DAVID KENNEDY GOODS CHATTELS londonderry McCLEARY west chester pa
This listing is for the paper shown. On the end of the 2nd line, first page, are roman numerals which are difficult to fully discern.
Paper measures approx 9.25"x7.25" with 2 handwritten pages, and a little note on the third page: "you won't forget the past I am to have".
I think it's saying that the goods and chattels rights and credits of the estate of David Kennedy, deceased, formerly of the township of Londondery, were administered by Samual Kennedy, and that some of the stuff was given, promised or shared with William McCleary in 1766 and the terms conditions and contracts wherein specified have never been performed.
