LOT antique 1920-30s ALLEN T BROWN & LOUISE BROWN EPHEMERA PHILADELPHIA PA 16pc

As above there are 16 pieces of assorted ephemera from Allen T. and Louise Brown of Langhorne and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

3 stamped envelopes with 2 cent cancelled stamps, addressed to Louise, with one addressed to Louise Ellesbee. A letter written to Aunt Louise from June at Ironsides School, Bordentown, NJ.

7 invoices from various places including Philadelphia Company, William H. Lauer, Franklin Fire Co. Policy, Julius Wellner for electric coin operated piano, and P.M. Candy Contractor, landscaper, and William H. Kinkaid, Real Estate agent.

1 small receipt from The Peoples National Bank and Trust Co. of Langhorne, PA.

3 letters of late payments to Louise Brown from Max B. Medoff Building And Loan Assoc., Morris Ruberg, Almar Building and Loan Assoc. and Department of Public Health Division of Housing and Sanitation for fee overdue at rooming house on 16th Street.

All items have antique wear, discoloration, foxing due to age. May have some slight tears, soiling, breakage on fragile papers. See photos for condition.
