If you have any special requests like address change or special directions please add it in a message box when checking out so it get posted as a note in order details. Getting order shipped out is our priority and we ship the orders out right away, so if we are busy we do not have time to check e-mail (usually we check e-mail once or twice a day). If you put a note in when checking out then we can see that there is a note in order details when we shipping the item out.

You are buying used part and if there is a problem contact me as soon as possible, I will do my best to work out the problem. I will only accept returns and give full refund for items not as described or not working. You have to let me know within 10 days after receiving the package. If damage is noted in description, shown on pictures or part is sold as not working I will not accept returns. Will accept payment by PayPal or you can pay with credit card thru e-bay check out if you do not have PayPal account. Bigger packages I ship via UPS Ground, no shipment to PO boxes. Smaller items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. For shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii please e-mail me for shipping quote. I only ship to confirmed address that is on PayPal or e-bay account. Also you can pickup if you live close. INTERNATIONALLY WE ONLY SHIP THROUGH GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM, if your country is excluded from the program i will NOT ship to that country. For shipping price please click on payment and shipping tab and choose you country.  If package is going to AK, VI, HI, or PR and any of the package sides is 12 inches or more please check with me for price (big packages are expensive to ship there). If the package fits any flat rate USPS box then the shipping will be what it is listed on e-bay.
