1977 HENRY "HAMMERIN' HANK" AARON SPORTS ILLUSTRATED Large Baseball Photo Card 

Henry Aaron, nicknamed "Hammer" or "Hammerin' Hank", was an American professional baseball right fielder and designated hitter who played 23 seasons in Major League Baseball, spanning from 1954 through 1976. Hank Aaron broke Babe Ruth's record of 714 Career Homeruns in 1974 by hitting his 715th on the Braves' opening night. This Photo Card has a picture taken by Neil Leifer on that night for Sports Illustrated!! He would continue to add to this record bringing him up to 755 Total Homeruns or did he? Well not according to Sports Illustrated; this card incorrectly states Aaron's record as 745 instead of 755 even though it was printed in 1977 (the year after his retirement) making for a rare misprint!!
