I created these custom clips for the Govee Premanent Pro Outdoor Lights.  The stock Govee lights worked OK, but they are a universal clip and don't fit snug for the Govee Pro lights; there's a higher chance of tug and things getting loose, or not looking as polished.   My clips are specifically designed to provide a more snug and durable fit for these expensive lights.   They are printed on solid PETG material to withstand the harsh weather.   Please see pix for comparison of my clips vs the ones that come from Govee.

I make these in white or black.  You can buy with or without hardware to simplify installation.   I use #4 1/2" flat stainless steel wood screws.  For the black variation, I provide black screws for cleaner look.  The clip and screws are countersink style so they install more flush like the OEM clips.

Sold in packs of 10 clips.   If you need more, there's volume discount on multiple packs.   For reference the 200ft Govee system provides 60 clips, 100ft would use 30 clips, and 50ft would use 15 clips.
