The material is SO stretchy and soft - the skirt is 12% Spandex, 88% Polyester, and the shorts have 8% Spandex 92% Polyester. No zippers or buttons - this skort pulls on with comfort; the waistband is a wide thin elastic with thin navy and white striping to match the material. One open pocket in the back. Undershorts are the same navy color. Waist: 28-31" Skirt Length: 16"
