This is a SET of 2 Cinderella style vintage stacking casserole dishes with 1 lid matching all from Pyrex made in USA in the Early American (sometimes referred to as Americana) pattern. All width measurements are the same at 6.25" wide in diameter (a little over 7.5" with handles included) and consequently, the 1 lid fits all. Set weighs about 3 lbs 13 oz since, as with all Pyrex dishes like this, these are nice sturdy pieces. Both pieces have the circular embossed marking with PYREX in the middle topped by shape number and size at the outermost surrounding circle and Trade Mark just under. On the bottom under the PYREX is the circle R (for copyright) and then Made in USA with Ovenware below in the lowest surrounding circle. Even though these are very different colors (with the smaller #473 being more towards the warm yellow and the #474-B being more towards the more cheery orange tone), I have seen some listings that call both of these Daisy. Both are in more of a matte finish, although you may choose to shine up a little bit. Please see dish specific details below:
#473 capacity 1 Quart - markings are 473, 20, and 1 QT. Approximately sized just under 7.75" long with handles x 6.25" wide in diameter without handles x just under 3.25" tall. - Has some stubborn utensil or other gray markings on the outside as shown in pictures. We tried to remove but didn't scrub greatly because the overall finish is so nice and we didn't want to thin or remove coating. There are just a very few (less than ten), very small actual scratches that mainly show up only when shining light through and some missing color on the very edge of the handles (which you could sand away if you prefer a straight white edge). Inside is not scratched up with just one small noticeable scratch when held to light. There is the wave type of swirl at the bottom inside as shown in picture that happens with this type of finish at manufacture sometimes. Overall impression is of a great condition vintage piece for the age with some moderate level of darker marks present outside.
#474-B capacity 1.5 Quart - markings are 474-B, 27, and 1 1/2 QT. Approximately sized just under 7.75" long with handles x 6.25" wide in diameter without handles x just under 3.25" tall. Similar to the other piece, there are some stubborn gray marks (less than smaller piece), very few scratches, and minimal color missing around the handle. Inside is in great condition with very light surface scratching. Please see pictures to see that overall impression is of an even better condition vintage piece of this age with some darker marks present.
This logo (Pyrex in the middle of circular lettering above of Trademark above and Made in USA below with another row above that has the piece number and size and below that states Ovenware and that does have the circle R) is dated to 1950s - early1960s (probably 1950s based on color). Not looking bad for a 50+ year old set. This set is in great pre-owned vintage condition. Please see above summary of condition per piece and pictures for more clarity of condition.
