Above mentioned is Deed Indenture from 1870 between Charity Smith, guardian to the Estate of Richard Smith and James W. Paul, a trustee of Hannah B. Pritchett. Orphan court of Philadelphia, PA for property on 20th Street in City of Philadelphia.

Has 50 cent revenue stamp and seal.

Measures approx. 18 X 11 1/2" . Three large pages tied together with green ribbon.

Has antique wear, discoloration and foxing due to age. May have some small tears at edges or near folds, especially center fold, yellowing, soil spots. This paper is very fragile, last page has larger tear at fold and breakage. See photos for detail.

Excellent original early family and/or town genealogy, history, antique, collectible heirloom and/or ephemera.
