These are a cute pair of women's (Junior's) Roxy surfshorts size 3 (28-31" waist) in excellent condition.  Length is ~9 inches, from waist to crotch is about 9.5 inches, and the inseam is 1.75 inches. 

The fabric says, "Roxy" all over it.  Looks so cool.  The front has a double snap closure.  The snapes are so pretty.  They have the blue, green and aqua in them with the heart logo in brown.  There is one back pocket on the left with a snap closure.  Cute surfshorts!
