Description: It is a vintage reproduction over 63 years old from Currier & Ives Picture History of the Civil War, published in New York by Jack Brussel, 1960. A copy of the title page is included. It is a lithograph print with color applied by a hand silk screen process giving the prints a folk art quality. Along the bottom in small print is the original publication data, stating "Published by Currier & Ives, 152 Nassau St., New York," although it is a 1960 reprint of the work. The reverse is blank. It is being sold as a single print on a heavy page as seen in the main pic, and is not mounted, matted nor framed. Overall, a very nice print with bright color that would frame up nicely.
Size: The image area measures approximately 8 by 12 1/4 inches on a 11 by 15" page with a margin all around as seen in the pic.
Condition: The print is in Very Good condition with light tonal age, deckled bottom edge, slight stain on botton right corner, otherwise very clean with strong silkscreened color. The pics are of the actual print.
