This is a Disney Parks brand Authentic Original Minnie Mouse skirt in girl's size S (I think this equates to a 7/8).  It's a red pettiskirt with three tiers: satin with white Minnie Mouse bows, tulle with white polka-dots, and tulle with sparkly white bows.  Underneath the top layer of the skirt is a layer made of red tulle, for all its poofy-ness, and under both of those is an attached pair of satin shorts.  Both skirt layers are trimmed in ruffly black tulle, and a black bow adorns the front at the elastic waist.  Fabric is polyester and nylon, length is about 10", cuteness is too much to measure.  Condition is excellent, no issues at all.  Lots of swing and twirl and girliness in this darling piece!  Asking $12.00 obo.
