How does it work?
Our new Lotus model works by creating hypochlorous acid which is a harmless and environmentally friendly cleaning agent that releases millions of ions and oxygen molecules that oxidize and destroy all types of viruses, bacteria, pesticides and hormonal residues from vegetables, fruits, grains and meats.
The core of the Lotus is a titanium electrolyte generator that creates a high concentration of hydroxyl radicals released in the form of bubbles. When fruits and vegetables come into contact with these bubbles, they eliminate all forms of pesticides, bacteria, and toxins.
You can use the Lotus inside the kitchen sink or any water container (with a maximum volume of 8 liters of water) and choose between 2 different sterilization modes:
- Normal sterilization : This mode is intended when you are going to use a small container or sink with no more than 3 liters of water and you intend to sterilize small quantities of fruit or vegetables, meat, grains or any object. Simply press the button once and the Lotus will light up green. Immerse it in the water and sterilization will begin for a period of 5 minutes.
- Advanced Sterilization : This mode is intended for larger containers and sinks with up to 8 liters of water and larger quantities of food to sterilize. Press the button twice and Lotus will power on, lighting blue. Immerse it in water and sterilization will begin for a period of 10 minutes.
