From a smoke free home, has been displayed but has no damage.. We used it with a battery operated tea light so it was beautiful with no mess or extra care. You could also use it with a votive candle. NO candle or tealight included.
See pictures for measurements, this has a flocked type snow added to the top kind of a thick glitter and it does lose some if you are moving it around but once displayed it is very pretty.
