YELLOW Diffused-Lens 10mm Round Style LEDs:

This Yellow Light Emitting Diodes come in diffused-style material as shown in images.  These LEDs are great for any General Purpose electronic projects.  The electrical characteristics of these LEDs are as follows:

Test Conditions:  15 - 20 mA.
Forward Voltage:  1.8 - 2.2 Volts *.
Forward Current:  15 mA *.
Reverse Current:  10 uA.

LED dimension type:  10mm Round.

* Note that the maximum forward voltage for this LED type is 2.2 volts; however the typical-voltage applied should be kept at about 2.0 volts.

* The typical forward current of operation of this LED type is 15 mA; however the LED will work well at 10 mA.  Now, the maximum operational current is 20 mA and it must not be exceeded, otherwise the LED will degrade faster and subsequently burn-out.
