- Click Mirror Screen and select iOS WiFi.
- Press "OK" on the projector to connect your WiFi.
- Connect your iOS device to the same WiFi network.
- Select "Screen Mirroring" on your phone to connect to "iPL310-xxxx"
- How to mirror your Android device screen on this projector?
- Click on Mirror Screen and choose Android.
- Make sure the Android device has "Screen Casting".
- Turn on the WLAN of your Android device.

Why can't I watch Netflix/Hulu/Prime Video on this projector?
Due to copyright restrictions, playing these videos on a projector may produce sound and not image. Please via HDMI with a PC/TV Box, Fire Stick and Chromecast to connect the projector and play these videos.
Why can't I project my phone with a Bluetooth connection?
Bluetooth solo se puede conectar a dispositivos Bluetooth (como altavoces Bluetooth, auriculares Bluetooth, etc.) como salida de audio. La mayoría de los proyectores actualmente en el mercado no tienen la capacidad de conectarse al Bluetooth del telefono.
Why is there no sound when I play a video?
First check if the video you are playing is Dolby Audio. If it is Dolby Audio, turn it off. Some files encoded by AC3/DTS may not be able to play sound due to copyright issues.
Does the corresponding remote control come with batteries? Can I buy a separate remote control or other accessories?
The corresponding remote control does not include batteries, so you need to prepare two AAA batteries. There are no separate sales for the remote control and other accessories. But if you need it, please let us know and we will send you the related accessories.
Why can't I connect even though I followed the steps?
Please make sure your phone has screen casting function. Additionally, due to the privacy protection of some Android phones (such as Google and Motorola phones), screen casting is not available. If you have any related operation problems that you don't understand, please find us through Amazon for help.
Why can't I play the video in a supported format (such as MKV)?
The video format we see is the video encapsulation format. It is like a container and the internal video data has different encoding formats. Therefore, if a video (such as mkv. format) cannot be played normally (sound or image), it may be because the video format consists of some incompatible encoding formats. If you encounter this situation, please contact us and we will help you with video transcoding technical support.
