This listing is for a small cork topped antique glass medicine bottle  phial/ vial, presumed cork lid, with its original complete contents (small white pills), paper wrapping & advertising circular made circa 1910-1920.

DeWitt's Little Early Risers. Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. Laxative & Cathartic Pills. Contain Aloin, Podophyllin Resin. Contents 27 Pills. Price 25c. E. C. DeWitt & Co. Chicago, Illinois.

 The advertising circular is still securely rolled in the wrapping. It folds out to measure 10 X 6 1/2 inches. It begins : "These little liver pellets are made from Vegetable drugs only. They do not contain mercury. [etc...]." The bottle measures 2 3/8 inches long X 3/8 inch in diameter. The bottle is in very good condition for age with light antique wear.The paper wrap has age toning, light soiling, and several tears on the ends.

Excellent to display in medicine cabinet, or as a gift to a doctor, student, or pharmacist.
