This is the AlcoMate Premium Digital Breathalyzer with the PRISM Sensor Technology. It comes with two AA batteries, two mouthpieces (sealed in plastic), the PRISM component (installed), a user manual, a carrying pouch, and a handstrap. I purchased it pre-owned and didn't use it, but I tested it to make sure it powers on. It originally came with five mouthpieces, but it comes with only two (which are sealed in plastic). I noticed some minor specks in the digital display, but they do not affect the readings. The packaging has wear and tears.
