3 Holes for using your meat grinder as a sausage stuffer. Place this plate in the meat grinder before adding the sausage stuffing tube.  You do not need to keep the knife in the grinder when stuffing link sausage.

Size #22 Plates measure 3 3/16" across.  7/16" center hole.  3/8" thick.
