Undated, late 1800s -early 1900s Whitehead & Hoag Co. , patent applied for, pin ribbon with metal spiral fringe, celluloid badge, with reverse death/memorial black side.

WASHINGTON CAMP 505, MEMBER P.O.S.of A HIGHSPIRE PA.

Red, white and blue fabric ribbon is intact with some wear and aging as shown, also fraying on one side.  metallic metal fring.   gold colored metal bar and pin at top with celluloid.   Nice heavy metal badge.   Reverse is black fabric with wear as shown

Measures approx 7.75" long.
