Beautiful brown woven piece.    Not exactly sure of date but it is very old.   It is clean.

It passes the "tug test".  Measures approx 46.5" x 59" (plus more for fringe).    It is kind of light weight.

Good storage kept it folded but overall protected.   We tried to hold this up to the light so you can see where the fabric is worn through...    Here are a couple of places we noted:  there is a 3.5" approx tear in front of the right side peacock and a 2" tear near the edge and a small hole near that.   A couple stains seem to blend in and a couple of small spots of through wear to fabric.    Overall, a beatiful and awesome piece.

Hoping someone can help us determine the true age of this.

Seems like the pattern on the right side mirrors the image on the left.

May be wool?
