Great antique deed/indenture: John M. Jones of the Borough of Norristown in the County of Montgomery and State of Pennsylvania, and Hannah M. his wife, late Hannah M. Stadelman, widow of Samuel Stadelman, late of Blockley Township, now the 24th Ward of the City of Philadelphia, Farmer, deceased, and Edwin Stadelman of Lower Merion Township, in the County of Montgomery and State aforesaid, Farmer, and Angelina his wife, of the one part; and John Mann of the said 24th Ward of the City of Philadelphia, Farmer, of the other part.
For $5000 for all that tract of piece of woodland situate in the Township of Lower Merion aforesaid, being part of the tract mentioned... Beginning at a marked hickory tree in the line of Jepe Thomas land and a corner of this and formerly Jacob Satere's land, thence by said Jepe Thomas land South 32 degree and 20 minutes East 53 perches and seven tenths of a perch to a stone in the line Road of City avenue...
