There is a 2-5/16" vertical tear along the rear top spine edge, plus a 5/16" vertical tear along the rear lower spine edge -- plus a former owner had embossed their name & date on the front cover -- plus multiple creases across both front & rear covers, plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with scratches, indentations, lesser tears, folds, browning pages, rub-wear, soiling etc -- spine leans to right, with very slight bowing & 1 partial top to bottom spine crease plus at least 6 partial side-to-side creases -- short inked lines at front right inside cover -- overall condition Fair Plus to Good Minus
