This is pre-owned skirt may have been worn a few times still in good condition. Has a few small stains and nicks, please sese photos. I would consider it to be a size 2X. This skirt is Blue with 4 rows of patchwork. The waist is elastic. This is an older skirt that shows wear but still has long life in it.  Sold AS IS
