Unique Christmas Cards Painted by Benedictine Monks

This unique and beautiful Christmas scene was painted by Benedictine monks as a way to hep the faithful in their worship. The original hung in a church in Germany, and this copy hung in a church in Pennsylvania. The art style is called Beuron, and it was developed to bring a formal calm and beauty to liturgical art.
