Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover looks good, a few creases near edges; light scuffing, surface impressions and discoloration spots (front/back); some minor "bubbling" on back. Inner-sleeve is original (RCA logo); one seam partially split. Spine is mostly readable with wear and very small split at bottom. Minor shelf-wear along top-edge, slightly more noticeable wear along bottom edge. Wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots with a small tear near center. Mono pressing (Not a cut-out.)
Golden Records, Volume 3 was a greatest hits album by Elvis Presley. The album was the third volume of an eventual five volume collection, and his eighteenth altogether. It is a compilation of hit singles released in 1960, 1961, and 1962. The album comprises eight Top Five A-sides along with four b-sides which also made the Top 40, Fame and Fortune, I Gotta Know, Little Sister, and Anything That's Part of You. Five A-Sides, Stuck on You, It's Now or Never, Are You Lonesome Tonight?, Surrender, and Good Luck Charm went to No. 1. The album peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart and was certified Gold in 1966, and Platinum in 1992, by the Recording Industry Association of America.
