An heirloom and standard
green chard with medium-green, broad, savoyed/crinkled leaves with
bright white veins and stems. Stems taste similar to celery while the
thick, tender, fleshy leaves taste like spinach. Excellent in soups,
chopped into salads, stews, stir-fry, and as a substitute for spinach. Heat and Cold tolerant. Great for microgreens too!
