Vintage  Antique Cast Iron Brass Fire Starter Cauldron Smudge Pot Soapstone Wand

A awesome piece of history from a bygone era!

This Victorian era tool was used to “carry fire” to light the many fireplaces in Victorian homes and in the grand manor houses such as Downton Abbey.

Cauldron is 7 inches wide and approximately 7.75 inches high. The wand is 12.5" length 

Definite signs of rust, age and use. This cauldron has the perfect patina and would be a great addition next to your fireplace during the Holiday Season, or even to enhance to your Halloween decor!
