This stunning wool cape ties at the neck and drops dramatically to the back of the leg. Made by Gainsborough Parisienne for Irving Samuel, the cape is at least as old as the 1970s and possibly older than that. Large square pockets keep your hands warm. Check out the pleated detailing on the back!
The color is a light beige. I would say it's slightly lighter than the pictures show. It is in wonderful condition except for a very tiny 1/4" brown stain about halfway down the back, that I almost didn't notice.
