The phone works to make calls but the tone, flash and privacy buttons do not work, however the tone can be changed on the bottom of the phone. The phone is discolored, it is yellowed, but the color is lighter under the handset. The phone shows scuffs and scratches and the handset is quite scratched up. There is no wall cord/plug with the phone.
