The Better Homes and Garden book is from the 1950's it is preowned and vintage. The binding is loose and on the inside back cover are some scribbles where a page from a paper is stuck.  It has some wear on the cover due to age. The inside is not torn and may have a few markings but it is in good condition otherwise no pages are missing hardcover. 10 x 8 "
