Adorable collectible antique humorous Dutch Boy and Girl display plate by D.E. McNIcol Pottery Co of East Liverpool, Ohio. Illustration and caption on from of plate with great colors with gold gilding and nice pale blue lustre finish around the edge. Stamped on back. I am including the metal plate hanger that was on it when I acquired it from an estate. A really sweet piece!
