These boots were hand made at the Stewart Boot Company in Tucson, Arizona by Linda and Victor Borg (the owners) and one of their boot makers in 1977 (as noted via the copyright date). The inside of the boots are fully lined with #1 grade tanned glove leather. The outside leather is most likely Horsehide leather as the Borg's knew that this leather is more durable and long lasting than regular cowhide leather.

The leather on these boots is soft and supple. The soles are in very good shape as are the heels.

from recent reviews it seems as though Victor has some health concerns and ordering boots from Stewart Boot Company might not be possible. Aside from this reviews from past customers indicates these are exceptional made boots (some customers have had their boots over 47 years)!

The text description is additional information relating to these boots. The more accurate and complete description is represented in the photos,. Consequently, review all images carefully (enlarge as fully as possible). Should there be any questions or concerns inquirie before purchasing.

Note: Our feet do change with time and we have found that when purchasing boots online it is important to have a recent measurement of our feet done preferably from a good shoe store.
