The St. Louis Public Library, which was erected by the citizens of St. Louis at a cost of $1,500- 000, of which $500,000 was supplied through a Carnegie Fund. Located at 1301 Olive Street, it is of Early Italian Renaissance architecture and was dedicated in January, 1912.
