The front cover has detached from the staple binding. Despite a large rip affecting both the front and back cover, the entire image is visible. There's handwriting on one page (see photo). All pages are clean and legible. Please take a close look at all of the photos provided, as they depict the exact item you will receive. I do not use stock images.
