Stove & gasket cement formulated to adhere fiberglass gasket to steel and cast iron. Non-asbestos, spreads easily with superior bonding strength. Not for exterior use. Resists temperatures up to 1093 °C (2000 °F). Used for installing fiberglass gasket in wood stove doors and metal to metal or metal to masonry repairs on wood burning stoves. Knead contents to uniform consistency. Cut tube tip to desired bead width. Calk necessary amount into opening. Press gasket firmly into cement. Allow 1 hour for setting. Heat gradually when starting first fire for heat cure.
